Women's Healthcare On the Move, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation incorporated in the State of Georgia, USA (2023) and recognized by the United States Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity. The organisation is led by Kathryn Bergen, D.O., M.S. and Catherine McMenamin, BSc (Hons), HCPC, IP, CIPD, and is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for its strategy, finances, and accountability.

We are committed to transparency and accountability to the women we serve, our partners, and our supporters. The following documents are available to funders and partners on request:

Safeguarding

WHOM has a zero-tolerance approach to abuse, exploitation, and harassment. Our Safeguarding Policy applies to everyone who works with us and reflects our duty of care to the women we serve. Concerns can be raised in confidence with our Safeguarding Focal Point, Catherine McMenamin, at info@whom.international.

Financial Accountability

As a young organisation, we are committed to using every contribution carefully and transparently. Our financial statements are available to funders and partners on request.

Data & Privacy

We collect health-needs information only with informed consent, store it securely, and handle it in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We never use personal information for fundraising or publicity without specific consent.
