Effective: 7 August 2026
Women's Healthcare On the Move, Inc. (“WHOM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation
that works to advance access to women's healthcare for underserved women in Athens, Greece. We are committed to
protecting the privacy and dignity of everyone we interact with, including the women we serve, our donors, volunteers, and
website visitors. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us:
• Contact details you share when you email us, complete a form on our website, or apply to volunteer (such as your
name, email address, and any message you send).
• Donation information when you give to us. Donations are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe);
we do not collect or store your full payment card details.
• Any other information you choose to share with us in correspondence.
Programme information:
• In the course of our health education and referral work, we may collect health-related information from the women
we serve. This is special-category (sensitive) data. We collect it only with informed consent, keep it to the minimum
necessary, and store it securely.

We use personal information to respond to your enquiries; to process and acknowledge donations; to manage volunteer
applications; to deliver, coordinate, and improve our programmes; to keep supporters informed where they have agreed to
hear from us; and to meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. We do not sell your personal information to
anyone.
3. Our Legal Bases (for individuals in the EU/EEA)
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for

charitable work; compliance with a legal obligation; and, for special-category health data, your explicit consent. You may
withdraw consent at any time.

We share personal information only as needed to run our work, and only with appropriate safeguards:
